 Job Description


  • To contribute to constant growth of the organization by setting higher revenue targets for the company in consultation with the managing director, and to achieve it.

  • To enhance organizational effectiveness through appropriate marketing strategies.

  • To identify new market segments and new opportunities and work.

  • To work to achieve organizational goals and objectives set from time to time.

  • To be responsible for setting own growth strategies, including revenues, in association with the Managing Director, and achieving it on a monthly / annual basis.

  • To be responsible for setting sales / revenue targets for the sales team members, individually and help them achieve the targets. 

  • To define exact sales processes, continually refine it and ensure that the sales team works effectively and prioritizes workloads.

  • To lead the sales team, to give them sales training on a regular basis, to guide them from time to time and to help them achieve their targets.

  • To review businesses with all existing clients and to improvise revenue level by increasing the volumes, introducing new products to them and by bringing down credit level.

  • To monitor market intelligence within the industry in terms of market development, new products, competitive activity etc.

  • To handle meeting with key clients.

  • To monitor & evaluate the performance of sales team – by guiding them to move in proper directions.

  • To represent company at industry events.

  • To display excellent leadership and performance management.

  • To study and acquire an average technical knowledge of the company’s products.

  • To work closely with the marketing team to identify opportunities.

  • To coordinate the operations of administration, finance and production in the absence of the managing director.
