The RSM will be the Sales Head for the region assigned to him and shall be responsible for the following:
- 1. Achieving Sales Targets as given by the company.
- 2. Planning & Execution of BTL activities to generate leads of prospective customers – retail as well as institutional.
- 3. Developing of Leads received from Digital Marketing via Lead Management System.
- 4. Hiring, Training & Monitoring of Sales Executives
- 5. Identification and Engagement of Business Associates / Channel Partners/ Women Entrepreneurs
- 6. Participating/ representing in the branding events such as gardening workshops, lifestyle trade fairs, health & fitness events etc. in the respective region.
