3. Developing of Leads received from Digital Marketing via Lead Management System.
4. Hiring, Training & Monitoring of Sales Executives
5. Identification and Engagement of Business Associates / Channel Partners/ Women Entrepreneurs
6. Participating/ representing in the branding events such as gardening workshops, lifestyle trade fairs, health & fitness events etc. in the respective region.
To be responsible for planning and execution of Sales & Collection targets in assigned region/ areas, enhancing distribution and support network, enforcing marketing intelligence activities and training the executive team.
